Gareth Bright is a South African photographer based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. His work has been featured in various international media outlets as well as INGO publications, and he has a penchant for long-term projects, particularly those with a focus on environmental and humanitarian issues. Art, Bright has said, is “something made”, and photography a process of trying to understand what he sees around him, especially when travelling to unfamiliar places as he often does.
